You are warmly invited to the first gathering of a new monthly Women’s Circle series—a sacred space to come together in sisterhood, presence and conscious intention.
This first circle marks the beginning of a year-long journey. Each month, we will gather around a different theme, with the shared intention of aligning with the energy of the Year of the Fire Horse, a year that calls us into embodiment, presence, courage, and fully inhabiting our lives. We will begin this journey by creating a Vision Board together, using intention, creativity, conscious awareness and embodiment to anchor our dreams not only in the mind, but in the body and the heart.
The Fire Horse invites us out of our heads and into our bodies, out of autopilot and into awareness. This circle is an invitation to slow down, feel, listen, and consciously step into the year ahead—together.
The workshop will include:
Meditation ~ We will begin with grounding exercises and a short meditation to help you tune into your intuition and align with your deepest desires.
Scientific background ~ I will share with you scientific research about how our brain creates the process of manifestation. When we visualize and feel a goal, our brain creates neural pathways associated with that outcome, reinforcing our belief and motivation to make it happen. This process makes you more aware of opportunities in life to manifest your goal.
Emotional alignment ~ From there, I will guide you on how to set intentions that resonate with your soul’s calling, focusing on areas like personal growth, relationships, abundance, family or anything else you wish to call into your life.
Building your Board ~ Using images, words, emotions, feelings and symbols, you’ll create a vision board that acts as a sacred reminder of your spiritual journey and the energies you wish to manifest in the coming year.
Verbalization ~ Putting into words your vision reinforces the creation of new neural pathways in your brain.
By combining clear intention, emotional alignment, and deliberate action, our brain helps us translate abstract desires into real-life results.
This is more than a creative exercise; it’s a spiritual practice of co-creation. As you design your vision board, you’ll also learn techniques for amplifying its energy through daily rituals, affirmations, and visualization. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with not only a beautiful vision board, but also a renewed sense of faith in your ability to manifest your dreams with the Universe’s support.
Connection ~ All of this while enjoying some yummy desserts and mimosas and making new friends who resonate with your mindset
