YOUR BREATH IS YOUR SHELTER
Breath is the silver lining that connects all live beings. Every time you inhale you inhale prana, life force. When you consciously and purposely do breathwork, you unleash your own capacity to heal your body, regenerate your cells, create inner peace and most importantly create balance between your body, mind and soul.
The mind follows the breath, if you calm your breath, you calm your mind. When your mind is calm you create emotional balance, avoiding becoming a victim of fear. Breath can become your source to create a healthy mind and healthy emotions, and therefore strong immune system. During these times I invite you to see your breath as your shelter and safe place.
Working with our breath gives us emotional balance. During these times I invite you to see your breath as your shelter and safe place. The mind follows the breath, if you calm your breath, your mind will be calm.
Our breath has four parts: inhale, hold breath in, exhale, hold breath out.
- Every time we inhale, we inhale “prana”, lifeforce.
- Every time we hold the breath, our body distributes prana to all our cells.
- Every time we exhale, we release fear, we work on letting go.
- Every time we hold the breath out, we work to not surrender into panic.
