Tools for Conscious Living is an experiential class that includes both lecture on Universal Kabbalah principles and its application through breath work, movement and meditation.
It includes dynamic movement, conscious breathing, meditation and principles of Universal Kabbalah for a holistic approach to life. It has within it everything needed for the human body to be completely revitalized, rejuvenated and cured.  This is an introduction to Naam Yoga, what are the kabbalistic principles behind Naam Yoga, why it works and how it works
This class is open to all – no previous experience is needed.
