BioDynamic Breath Class

Join me at Nomadé Tulum for breathwork class. Breathwork brings awareness to our breath, understanding our breath helps us understand our mind.  The mind follows the breath, when we train our breath we train our mind.  In this class, we will work with different breathing techniques to improve our health by stimulating our parasympathetic nervous system, our body mechanism that gives us the capacity to restore and relax.  The benefits of this practice include better health, a clear and focused mind, positive emotional state and an overall sense of wellness and harmony between mind, body, and soul.
